General♦ By commissioning me you are agreeing to my TOS

Will Draw♦ Fanart/OC

Will Not Draw♦ Complex Backgrounds
♦ Realism
♦ Mecha
Payments♦ Payment via Paypal
♦ I accept all upfront or partial payment (50/50)
♦ Any failure to pay 5 days after an invoice is sent, I will terminate the commission
♦ All payments are non-refundable after the work has finished
Cancellation♦ Client can cancel anytime as long as I haven't received any money
♦ If there's no response for more than a week when I contact the client for confirmation. It will be considered as cancelation
♦ During any point after the commission has started, if the client decides to cancel, a full refund is NOT possible. Please keep that in mind when requesting a commission!
Commission Rights♦ The client must credit me on any platform where the art is used
♦ The client must not edit, trace, distrubute, modify or claim/credit the commissioned work as their own
♦ I have the right to showcase the final result for my portfolio, unless requested otherwise
Revisions♦ Small revisions is given twice in each phase of work (sketch, lineart & colouring), bigger revisions closer to the completion of work will be charged extra
